**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead the Premium Engagement Services team in APAC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Leadership, with a focus on Premium Engagement Services.

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for PES in APAC, while also ensuring a strong Go-To-Market strategy is in place.

This role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Services Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for PES in APAC.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Sales Professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product Development to ensure alignment on product offerings and roadmaps.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to Senior Leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in Sales Leadership, with a focus on Premium Engagement Services.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work with Regional and Global leaders.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working in the IT industry.
  • Experience in running an SAP engagement and meeting customer needs.
