Head of Premium Engagement Sales Asia Pacific

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead the Premium Engagement Services team in APAC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Leadership, with a focus on Premium Engagement Services.
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for PES in APAC, while also ensuring a strong Go-To-Market strategy is in place.
This role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Services Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for PES in APAC.
- Lead a high-performing team of Sales Professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with Product Development to ensure alignment on product offerings and roadmaps.
- Provide regular business updates and insights to Senior Leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in Sales Leadership, with a focus on Premium Engagement Services.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work with Regional and Global leaders.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working in the IT industry.
- Experience in running an SAP engagement and meeting customer needs.
