Premium Engagement Sales Leader

Job Overview
SAP is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our Asia-Pacific team as APAC Director of Premium Service Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the region through strategic planning, talent development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
About the Team
Our APAC team is comprised of talented professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty in APAC
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Maintain a deep understanding of SAP's Premium Engagement offerings and stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
- Ensure seamless delivery of premium services to customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in APAC
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) to meet with customers and internal stakeholders
