We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at The Professional Builder. As the trusted partner of our CEO & GM, you will be responsible for ensuring their time, focus, and energy are aligned with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's & GM's calendar, preparing materials and ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
- Serve as the gatekeeper and facilitator for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate travel, creating seamless experiences through precise logistics management.
- Craft compelling slides and organize meeting notes to drive clarity and action.
- Tackle personal errands, from scheduling home services to purchasing items.
You'll Thrive If:
- You have 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a similar role.
- You possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- You have high emotional intelligence, with the ability to anticipate needs and build relationships.
- You're tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
