We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Support Specialist to join our team at PTW, a boutique games services company. This role will provide comprehensive personal support to our Chief Executive Officer, including managing an active calendar, preparing expense reports, making complex travel arrangements, and handling all administrative aspects of the CEO's personal life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide seamless support to the Chief Executive, anticipating needs and responding to them promptly
• Manage sensitive information with good judgment, discretion, and absolute confidentiality
• Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and other executives to ensure alignment
• Assist with the CEO's personal tasks and errands, ensuring that all tasks are executed promptly, discreetly, and with the utmost professionalism
• Conduct special research or planning projects for the CEO
• Coordinate logistics for the CEO's office by providing on-site support when needed, including off-sites, industry events, and conferences with some travel required

Requirements:
• Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining a keen attention to detail
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
• Possess expert-level written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
• Be a highly resourceful team player who can also work effectively independently
