The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-caliber volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Leading a team of recruitment specialists to deliver exceptional recruitment services, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes.
  • Fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector organizations, and community groups, to promote our initiatives and attract volunteer candidates.
