The RoleAs a Volunteer Recruitment Specialist at VSA, you will play a critical role in identifying, screening, and selecting talented volunteers who can contribute to our mission.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage volunteer applications, and conduct interviews to ensure the best fit for our programs.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from around the world.
- Manage volunteer applications, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone or video interviews, and assessing candidate skills and experience.
- Work collaboratively with program teams to ensure a seamless volunteer onboarding process.
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
