The RoleAs a Pacific Volunteer Coordinator at VSA, you will play a vital role in coordinating our volunteer recruitment efforts, working closely with our team to identify, screen, and select talented volunteers who can contribute to our mission.
You will be responsible for managing volunteer applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate skills and experience to ensure the best fit for our programs.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate volunteer recruitment efforts, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Manage volunteer applications, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone or video interviews, and assessing candidate skills and experience.
