Client Onboarding Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction via email and phone.
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our products/services effectively.
Review client accounts and process funding transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years customer service or administration experience.
- Proven ability to drive efficiency.
- A passion for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles.
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles, including managing records, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
