Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our products/services effectively.
- Review client accounts and process funding transactions, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
