About The Role:

In this position, you will manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution and renewal, ensuring strict adherence to company policies. This role demands collaboration and involvement with essential internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Legal, Risk and Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology (including Information Security).

Your Opportunities:

  • Drive efficiencies and enhance outcomes to ensure that contracts are not only financially viable but also maximize profitability while reducing costs to serve.
  • Foster strong partnerships with senior management and business development teams to guarantee that contract terms align with Computershare's strategic operational and financial goals.
  • Work closely with business teams and Finance to deliver comprehensive client contract reporting, empowering informed decision-making to support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners, facilitating effective collaboration and communication throughout the contract lifecycle.
