The Role

We are looking for a People & Culture Advisor based in either Wellington or Auckland to join our People Partnering & Advice team. As a generalist advisor, you will provide day-to-day support and advice across a range of people-related matters within your portfolio(s) and enable our manager-led approach.

">

You will work closely with the wider People & Culture team to support the design and implementation of people-related projects, initiatives, programmes, policies, systems, and processes. On any one day, you could be advising on a wide variety of people matters, including employment relations, change processes, performance management and development, remuneration, and supporting wellbeing initiatives.

">

Your Skills and Qualifications

">

We are looking for someone with experience in a People & Culture generalist/advisory role, including dealing with ER issues and change. You should have sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR 'best practice'. Strong communication skills that can foster strong working relationships and adapt to any audience are essential.

">

A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner, including understanding the relevance within your role and uplifting your capability throughout your work, is also important. Additionally, a commitment to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion within your work and across the organisation is necessary.
