In this role, you will contribute to shaping and delivering impactful training programs that make a real difference in the lives of our technical teams.

Job Description
The primary focus of this role is to support the Technical Training Lead in administering and delivering our Farmlands' Technical Programmes. Key responsibilities include:
  • LMS Administration and Support using Totara
  • SharePoint & Communications Support
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • General Administration

This role requires a systems-savvy individual who can pick up new software quickly and efficiently execute tasks while being solutions-focused and professional.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Systems administration skills with experience in LMS tools like Totara
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
