Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic building consultancy services to clients
  • Manage complex surveying projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and guide junior surveyors within the team
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and legal requirements

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or related field
  • Experience as a (Senior) Building Surveyor, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
  • MRICS Chartered status to sign off work
  • Proven experience in managing complex surveying projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent report writing skills
