About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Liaison Support Specialist to join our Schools' Liaison team in Wellington. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Liaison Officers, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence, calendars, and bookings for the team
  • Provide front of house reception and maintain a schools' database
  • Support promotional events and coordinate logistics
  • Perform basic financial tasks, including invoice payments and transaction reconciliations

Requirements:
