About the Role

This is an exciting part-time opportunity to work at our Manawa Bay Factory Outlet. As an Advanced Retail Professional, you will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for role-modelling our service and selling standards, leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.

Representing the adidas brand and company values, you will showcase our products in an inspiring way and execute Visual Merchandising standards.

Training and coaching the team will be a key aspect of this role, fine-tuning their service skills and ensuring they have foundational and seasonal brand knowledge.

Requirements
  • Experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Visual Merchandising skills to enhance our store displays
