Job Description

The Senior Media Buying Executive will be responsible for driving global media buying efforts across all ZURU Edge brands, managing campaigns across five key verticals: baby, beauty, homecare & wellness, pet, and confectionery.

This role requires managing performance across major global markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand, ensuring campaigns are strategic, efficient, and results-driven.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with tech partners, insights teams, and inventory suppliers, playing a critical role in shaping ZURU Edge's media buying strategy and innovation.

You will help build the pathway for ZURU Edge's best-in-class media team, including developing and implementing new processes, platforms, and buying strategies.

A key part of this role is delivering efficient and effective results within TikTok, YouTube, Meta, The Trade Desk, and other emerging digital platforms such as retail media and programmatic DOOH opportunities.

Responsibilities include owning and maintaining the media buying strategy for key ZURU Edge brands, working collaboratively within the Media Buying team to drive efficiency and consistency in campaign execution.

Additional responsibilities include creating, executing, and optimizing digital paid media campaigns, ensuring flawless pacing and delivery of campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on the USA and Tier 1 Markets (e.g., UK and Canada).

This role requires driving the presentation and reporting of campaigns' performance in conjunction with the Media Planning team to the brand teams and cross-pollinating key learnings across the ZURU business.

Key skills and qualifications required for this role include 3+ years' experience in Digital Marketing or Media, experience working with Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk, Google ad products, and TikTok Ads Manager, and a willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for the work of the team.
