As a Senior Brand Marketing Professional, you will be working with the Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing activities for a new brand launching across multiple global markets in mid-2025. This is an opportunity to be involved in a new brand from day one, shaping the marketing strategy & execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work with the Head of Marketing to bring best-in-class marketing strategies to life, including localising launch marketing strategies for multiple global markets, across all areas of brand marketing.
  • Lead strategy, planning & execution of all paid & organic influencer campaigns, including drafting content briefs & KPIs, setting budgets, approving content & evaluating performance.
  • Leading influencer seeding campaigns, working with our global in-house influencer team to manage seeding hundreds of influencers & secure content.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with monitoring digital campaign performance, working closely with the Digital Team to review campaigns.
  • Lead day-to-day relationship with our global PR agencies, reviewing collaborations and press opportunities and holding accountable against KPIs.
Requirements
  • You studied Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a brand/general marketing role or equivalent from an agency (Ideally between 3-4 years).
  • You are deeply collaborative and foster a positive and high performing culture.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities, and stay focused.
  • A go-getter mindset, fuelled by energy, creativity and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • You'll have a strategic and curious mindset.
  • Team player. You'll be part of a close-knit team of good humans where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong verbal and visual presentation abilities.
