We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining our Asset Management Program, which includes developing asset hierarchy, identifying data gaps, and implementing strategies for asset lifecycle, service levels, and risk assessments.
About the Role:- Developing and implementing the Asset Management Roadmap to achieve sustainable financial planning
- Coordinating and leading a steering committee to align with senior management objectives
- Reviewing assets and inventory to ensure accurate data
- Leading the scoping, procurement, and implementation of EAM and CMMS
- Collaborating across programs to ensure alignment and efficiency
Key Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience in asset management, property management, or related fields
- Professional Certification in AMP or PMP certification preferred
- Proven experience working with asset management systems and managing physical assets
