Job Description

You will provide support to the Director Northern South Island Region (NSI) in a fast-paced environment through various administrative tasks including email management, diary management, meeting organisation, minute taking, workflow coordination, and travel coordination.

Your role will be crucial in supporting the Director and the wider teams to achieve core deliverables for the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to manage the shifting priorities of the Director and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams and PowerPoint).
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
