**The Role**
We are seeking a Clinical Mental Health Specialist - Community Care to join our multidisciplinary team. As a specialist, you will work collaboratively with psychologists, social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to deliver evidence-based care to adults with complex needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for adult patients with moderate to severe mental health difficulties* Collaborate with community services and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care* Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and well-being* Work in partnership with whanau and caregivers to support patient outcomes* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practice guidelines* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders*
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Vocational registration in Psychiatry with the Medical Council of New Zealand or equivalent qualification
- Able to work comfortably and flexibly within a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
