Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced L&D Compliance Specialist III to join our team at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

In this role, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and effective training materials. You will also be responsible for identifying training needs and ensuring they are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement adult learning and instructional design principles to enhance trainee competency and performance.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality computer-based training using tools such as Articulate.
  • Support job task analysis and training needs analysis to identify and address employee development needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement compliance wire curricula.
  • Provide training reports and support regulatory audits as needed.
