We are seeking a Programme Facilitator to join our team in central Auckland. As a Programme Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering programmes that support individuals and families affected by family violence.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in people's lives. As a Programme Facilitator, you will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in delivering programmes that support individuals and families affected by family violence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver programmes that support individuals and families affected by family violence
  • Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Network and represent our organisation in the community, forming collaborative relationships with external groups

Requirements:

We are looking for a confident and engaging trainer with a tertiary level degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology. You will have 5+ years of experience facilitating and delivering programmes in a social services setting, and advanced knowledge of family harm and its dynamics.
