Collins Construction Manager

We are a well-established construction company located in Auckland. With the development of our business, we would like to hire a Site Supervisor to assist with our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist project managers in planning and organizing scaffolding projects.
· Read and understand building plans, prepare scaffolding work plans and drawings.
· Design and preplan the scaffold gear list including weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie-offs, supports, etc.
· Manage all site activities and workforce to ensure project deadlines are met.
· Make plans to schedule timeframe, arrange delivery and assign workers and scaffolding material required for each project.
· Work closely with the team and clients to ensure the projects are completed within the negotiated timeframe and specifications.
Requirements:
· Have at least 5 years solid relevant experience.
· Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions.
· Be physically fit and willingness to work hard.
· Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically and effectively.
· Have a can-do attitude.
