About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in New Zealand. As a key member of our International Personal Care ANZ (IPC ANZ) Sales team, you'll contribute to driving top and bottom line growth, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage and monitor business plans for maximum growth
* Influence strategic direction through involvement in design, creation, and implementation of programs and policies
* Own a 3-year view of customer mix for internal planning that supports our KC 2030 strategy
* Map NZ channel strategies in annual plans and ensure they're adequately resourced for sustainable growth
* Manage all risks and opportunities in the NZ sales outlook versus annual plan
* Set and manage project, functional, and departmental budgets within agreed parameters
* Optimize trade investment to support core business and fuel new opportunities in lead customers and emerging channels

Requirements:
* A Degree in business management, with an orientation in sales and/or marketing
* 8+ years of experience in selling, with a length of time in sales leadership across grocery and/or pharmacy
* Broad knowledge of the NZ industry, retail trade, and market dynamics
* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Proven skills in developing programs to establish procedures and organizing resources to accomplish objectives
