**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation as a Clinical Manager Mental Health. The role involves ensuring the efficient delivery of mental health services, promoting clinical excellence, and enhancing overall well-being and health outcomes for individuals under our care.
The Clinical Manager will develop and oversee the daily operations of a multidisciplinary intervention and support practice team. This team will actively contribute to the implementation of a whanau-centric model of care that addresses disparities for Maori, aligns with Hokai Rangi, and supports optimal clinical practices.
The position requires building relationships and networks beyond providing expert knowledge and clinical leadership. You will be a member of the Pae Ora regional leadership team alongside Health Centre, Psychology, and offence-focused rehabilitation managers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a whanau-centric model of care
- Ensure efficient delivery of mental health services
- Promote clinical excellence and enhance overall well-being and health outcomes
**Requirements**
- Registered health professional under the HPC or Social Work Act
- Post-graduate qualification in Mental Health
- Advanced people and clinical leadership experience within a mental health setting
