About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist to join our Child Adolescent and Family Service (CAFS) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work with children, young people, and their families experiencing complex mental health needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in implementing locally developed services and care pathways that make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions for children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals within Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora and in the community.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to provide shorter-term, referral-reason-focused interventions.

About You

We're looking for an NZ Registered Psychologist with experience in child and adolescent work. You'll need excellent communication and liaison skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
