Key Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Supporting the Hotel General Manager in preparing budgets and forecasts.
  • Participating in revenue meetings to set weekly and monthly revenue/rate strategies.
  • Ensuring accurate preparation and presentation of CAPEX documents for approval.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel operations, finance, and revenue management.

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business is desirable, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
