That's why we're seeking nothing short of the best for the Executive Assistant Manager role to oversee our seamless operations.Overlooking the Remarkable Mountain range and rising from the waters of Lake Wakatipu, the Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown offers 175 rooms and suites, Mackenzies Restaurant, meeting facilities up to 250 attendees and an ICON wedding venue.About the roleReporting to the Hotel General Manager, as the Executive Assistant Manager, you're the go-to for any operational or guest query and there's no problem that you can't solve (always with a smile).
You have a natural affinity for making people feel at home and you inspire the same GoMAD (go make a difference) attitude among your team.
You embrace the 'big picture', without losing sight of financial targets and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Oversee the daily operations and performance of the assigned or all hotel departments and team members, ensuring smooth running and exemplary guest serviceSupporting the GM with preparing budgets and forecastsParticipate in revenue meetings to set weekly and monthly revenue/rate strategiesAny planned CAPEX documents prepared for approval are detailed and accurateNow, let's talk about you:You have 3-5 years' hotel leadership experience and sound understanding of leading rooms, and housekeeping.You (ideally) hold qualifications in Hospitality or BusinessYou're no stranger to managing teams, building culture and developing talent pipelinesYou have a proven ability in delivering growth results in hotels and driving revenueYour leadership style is natural, inspiring, and empowering.You're passionate about accommodation, and your expertise speaks volumes.What truly sets you apart is your boundless passion for people.
