Hato Hone St John's Youth Programme provides a unique opportunity for young people to develop essential life skills, build confidence and make a positive impact on their communities.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Volunteer Assistant Divisional Manager in Wanaka. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Divisional Youth Manager in providing leadership, direction and support to Youth Leaders and members in our division.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of a comprehensive program that meets the needs of our members
- Providing guidance and support to Youth Leaders and members to help them achieve their full potential
- Working closely with the leadership team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality program that enhances the personal development of its members
You will also be responsible for promoting attendance at required courses, meetings and training workshops, and contributing towards ensuring information and training is shared within the division.
In addition, you will encourage involvement in competitions, events, community services, recreation activities and involvement with other divisions at district and regional level.
As a Volunteer Assistant Divisional Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
