We are seeking a Workshop Communication Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating communications between our workshop teams and external customers, ensuring that all necessary information is shared effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate bookings and service schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and records.

**Requirements**

  • Prior experience in a similar role or within a workshop environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our valued customers.
  • Administration skills with attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license.
