The Role

A Recovery Facilitator will work with individuals to encourage improvement of their health, self, and personal care and foster independence so they can thrive. This involves managing a caseload of people and developing a collaborative and respectful relationship with them.

Recovery Facilitators work alongside individuals to support and maintain all aspects of wellness. They work with Te Whatu Ora clinical teams, primary care, government organisations, community housing, and support services, drug and alcohol services, and health providers to offer person- and whanau-centric services.
