We are looking for an experienced Haematology Service Coordinator to join our Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. As a key member of our team, you will work across the care continuum to ensure all patients receive coordinated care at all stages of the transplant process.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with expertise in Haematology to join our team
  • You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

About You:

You will have previous experience/knowledge in Haematology and dealing with patients requiring cancer treatment. Your passion for delivering quality improvement and working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team will be essential.

  • At least five years of comprehensive knowledge and skills in Haematology Stem Cell Transplant management
  • Proven leadership with a solution-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
