Epic Application Analyst Job Description
The Cooper IT team is seeking an experienced Application Analyst I to join our Epic Applications Team. This role involves supporting registration and scheduling workflows, troubleshooting operational workflow issues, and participating in testing activities. Key requirements include:

  • Experience with Epic Registration, Scheduling, and/or Referrals & Authorizations workflows.
  • Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system settings.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Job Responsibilities
As an Application Analyst I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing first-tier support to application users.
  • Responding to user inquiries or resolving application issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
  • Troubleshooting operational workflow issues impacting providers, patients, and end-users.
  • Serving as a liaison between end-users and application analysts.
  • Participating in testing activities, executing test scripts, and documenting results.
