You will work closely with the Finance team and stakeholders across the business to improve financial visibility to support Sky's long-term growth strategy.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeFinancial Planning & Forecasting: Assist with preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with Sky's objectives.
Perform detailed variance analysis and collaborate with business units to align financial forecasts with operational plans.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, offering key insights and recommendations.
Analyse financial performance, identify improvement areas, and develop management reporting tools to support decision-making.Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing financial insights and translating complex data into clear recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and business strategy.Process Improvement & Systems Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Support the implementation and enhancement of financial planning systems, leveraging automation tools to improve efficiency.Strategic & Commercial Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning.
