Epic Application Analyst Position
The Cooper IT team is excited to offer an Application Analyst I position on our Epic Applications Team. This role involves working closely with registration and scheduling workflows. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-tier support to application users.
  • Responding to user inquiries or resolving application issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
  • Troubleshooting operational workflow issues impacting providers, patients, and end-users.
  • Serving as a liaison between end-users and application analysts.
  • Participating in testing activities, executing test scripts, and documenting results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires 0-2 years of experience with front-end registration and scheduling workflows. Preferred skills include:

  • Experience with Epic Registration, Scheduling, and/or Referrals & Authorizations workflows.
  • Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system settings.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
