About You:
Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent customer service skills with a people-focused approach. Technically savvy, with experience using data systems and the ability to quickly learn new applications and systems. Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision. Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple inputs to achieve agreed outputs. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent keyboard skills, with a typing speed of 50–70 words per minute. High-level written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and perceptive approach in an administrative role.
