Job Description
This role involves coordinating laboratory operations, managing sample shipments, and performing specialized tests. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain local laboratory documents.
- Oversee monthly laboratory cleaning procedures in line with policies and procedures.
- Manage barcoding and digital sample tracking.
- Support study supply storage, monitor stock levels, and facilitate ordering of additional supplies.
- Assist in sample recording and delivery to off-site local laboratories, following local requirements.
- Coordinate courier collections according to shipment schedules and IATA guidelines.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
