We're seeking a talented professional to fill a fixed-term position as a Project Coordinator at our Albany Support Centre. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless travel logistics across the programme.

You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and the Change Partners and Communications team to develop and execute engagement strategies across diverse stakeholder groups.

Your Key Objectives:

  • Deliver efficient travel and logistics coordination for the Programme, including booking travel arrangements, managing budgets and tracking expenses for Support Centre and Store Teams.
  • Arrange Logistics and Travel planning meetings, prepare minutes and distribute them to the project team.
  • Update and maintain Logistics and Travel calendars.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Logistics and Travel Reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Provide Logistics and Travel Budget Reporting information as required.
  • Support the Programme Leadership with general administration and governance activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders within and outside the project team.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative support role and/or project-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder interaction, minute taking and related tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation abilities.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and be flexible.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products, preferably Office 365.
