We are looking for an Assistant Programme Manager to join our team at sKids. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting with programme delivery and ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver programme activities, including before and after-school shifts, holiday programmes, and other events.
- Work closely with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and programme delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and team members, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
Key Qualifications:
- A strong background in childcare or education, with experience working with children aged 5-12.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A valid NZ work/student visa or residency/citizenship.
