Job Summary:

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our project management office, you will provide critical support to Project and Programme Managers by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports.

You will be responsible for creating and managing new project sites on SharePoint and Confluence during the initial phase. This includes leading the organization of weekly and monthly meetings, setting agendas, and producing detailed minutes.

In addition, you will follow guidelines to produce comprehensive project closure reports for all completed projects. Your role will also involve implementing communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports for Project and Programme Managers
  • Create and manage new project sites on SharePoint and Confluence during the initial phase
  • Lead the organization of weekly and monthly meetings, including setting agendas and producing detailed minutes
  • Follow guidelines to produce comprehensive project closure reports for all completed projects
  • Implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a project management office or technology/business change environment
  • Proven ability to work across various business divisions with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive initiatives forward
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach to delivery
  • Experience with SharePoint and standard office products and communication tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Slack
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement with divisions including IT, Operations, Marketing, Retail, Finance, and external suppliers
  • Desired: Experience in delivering projects based on Agile methodology and relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
