The Job Description
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific client portfolio and working closely with the Associate Business Director, Business Director, and wider team to deliver and present integrated media solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated media plans that meet the needs of our clients
- Work closely with the specialist business units across other OMD offices to ensure all planning responses are aligned and integrated
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to ensure all innovation opportunities are leveraged
- Be the living and breathing epitome of OMD's culture as expressed by our three core values: 'Constantly Curious', 'Make It Happen', 'Together As One'
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in media planning and account service
- Strong communication skills – can clearly translate client needs to agency specialists, and their output back to the client in a way they will understand
- Adaptability - While you will be aligned to a core group of clients, you'll also have the opportunity to work across a wider client portfolio as we move to a more agile way of working
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills to work closely within the team
