About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Director to join our team in Auckland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales excellence across New Zealand and Fiji.

As our Sales Performance Director, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our Sales Coordinators, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. You will also oversee the transformation of our Sales Way of Working, ensuring alignment with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales capabilities and knowledge.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
