The Innovation & Enterprise Group (I&E) is one of the key divisions within A*STAR, responsible for strengthening the agency's generation of economic and societal impact.
Job Description:
The incumbent will perform the following key roles:
- Training and Capability Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff capabilities and knowledge. Coordinate with external vendors and internal trainers to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
- Admin Operations: Provide administrative support to the department Director, including calendaring, meeting coordination, and data preparation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in administration and training support. Minimum Diploma in Administration or equivalent. Good understanding of government administrative and procurement processes. Basic minutes writing skills. Pro-active, organized, independent, quality-conscious, attentive to details, and results-oriented. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
