About the Role

The role involves providing administrative and operational support to the clinical HOD and the Department of Urology. This includes managing the HOD's calendar, coordinating meetings, disseminating information internally and externally, and providing leave coverage for department executives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the HOD's calendar, including scheduling meetings and ensuring timely follow-up.
  2. Support the HOD in disseminating information to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Provide administrative support, such as leave and on-call roster management, claims and honorarium processing, training records maintenance, and onboarding new clinicians.
  4. Assist the HOD and clinicians with travel conference logistics when necessary.
  5. Monitor department fund expenditure, clinical training funds, and staff funds.
  6. Serve as the point of contact for asset management, IT asset, and procurement matters for the department.
  7. Collate and input MOPEX assessment data for the HOD.
