- Liaise with suppliers to procure general insurance and insurance brokers, overseas travel services and corporate hotels.
- Oversee the purchase, lease and maintenance of office assets such as printers, pantry fridges and vending machines.
- Source stationery, pantry and first aid supplies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing roles, with knowledge of budgeting and government procurement policies.
- A self-driven individual with active listening skills to gather information and devise executable solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to devise contract solutions aligned with business needs.
- Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
