  1. Coordinate the provision of timely and value-for-money purchases of office services, supplies and equipment.
  1. Liaise with suppliers to procure general insurance and insurance brokers, overseas travel services and corporate hotels.
  2. Oversee the purchase, lease and maintenance of office assets such as printers, pantry fridges and vending machines.
  3. Source stationery, pantry and first aid supplies.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing roles, with knowledge of budgeting and government procurement policies.
  2. A self-driven individual with active listening skills to gather information and devise executable solutions.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to devise contract solutions aligned with business needs.
  4. Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
