Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our hospitality team as a Guest Services Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, maintain a thorough knowledge of all room categories and amenities, and answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly. This is a Part-Time permanent role based at Sudima Auckland Airport, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. The hourly rate is $25.50 per hour.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable, and have a strong attention to detail.
