As a key member of Glory Global Solutions, you will lead the service's business and operations for the SEA region. Your focus will be on delivering best-in-class customer experiences, driving financial performance, achieving operational excellence, and leading the organization to deliver business outcomes.

The role is accountable for the successful delivery of services to our customers and the profitability of that service. You will build and sustain relationships with strategic partners, customers, and internal stakeholders, including regional and global teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize customer journeys to drive continuous improvement in customer experience
  • Maintain high-quality service standards as per Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure effective resolution of customer enquiries and complaints
  • Deliver monthly management information and reports

You will work closely with the Sales Management Team to support key sales activities and key customer activities. Align with sales on renewal and up-sell strategy, ensuring service profitability is maintained and risk is adequately managed.

  • Financial Performance:
  • Deliver targeted annual revenue, contribution, and profit
  • Ensure direct costs, particularly direct and indirect labor and spares costs, are appropriate for required work levels
