Job SummaryWe invest in our people, enabling them to develop their skills and build on their experience. As a member of the InvestNow team, this role is to provide onboarding, transactional, and customer experience support for investors.
Key Responsibilities- Taking full ownership of interactions with clients using various touch points - social, email, phone, and chat
- Providing insight and information required to deliver an improved customer experience, drive business decisions, and improve operational efficiency
- Having knowledge of AML/CFT practices for onboarding of customers, transaction monitoring, and ongoing customer due diligence
- Assisting the Head of Customer Services with monthly and quarterly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the General Manager and other team members with ad-hoc tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some experience in a frontline customer service role, ideally in the retail financial services industry
- Preferably have been in a role where you are the domain expert on products/services
- Competency with tools such as Excel, Trello, Intercom for CRM
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
