**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Revenue Collector Specialist. As a key member of our council revenue collection team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue management processes.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in credit control and banking reconciliation, with a strong understanding of local government processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection of council revenues, maintaining and updating the property database, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the team's operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the collection of council revenues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the property database, keeping records up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team's operations.

**Essential Skills & Experience:**

  • Proven experience in credit control and banking reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of local government processes, with knowledge of rating legislation being an advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
