We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Monroe Capital LLC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the independent RIA and family offices community, promoting our private credit offerings into the Wealth Management Channel.
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors, educating them on Monroe's private credit offerings and capturing sales opportunities.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and conference calls to deliver high-quality product knowledge and develop strong rapport with investors.
- Attend industry events and conferences as appropriate to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with key stakeholders.
- Maintain an understanding of Monroe's various platform and offerings, as well as industry/market trends.
